Birds Eye View of New York City Doors Off Experience

One of the most exhilarating things I have ever done in my life was a helicopter ride over New York City with the doors off! During the whole entire flight, the doors are off allowing you to dangle your feet over New York City. I booked my fight through Flynyon. I opted for the option of the 30 minute flight which was well worth the extra money. My helicopter flew over the Empire State Building, Central Park, Brooklyn Bridge and so much more.

I originally thought that it would be extremely terrifying flying over New York City with the doors off. However, the crew and staff make you feel very safe and secure. My helicopter ride was in September and wasn't so cold. However, it felt extremely cold while up in the air as the wind is intense. I don't recommend wearing fake eyelashes, mine almost flew off. All of the pictures I took were on my iPhone, which is securely attached to you with a harness. There are cameras to rent before your flight if you want to take professional photos.
